Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' panel ADB21KB
  'Bind Package' does not provide an input field for the FLAG
  keyword for the BIND PACKAGE command.
  Customer who receive the DSNT234I  -ssid MESSAGE LIMIT EXCEEDED
  message during the processing of the BIND PACKAGE command are
  unable to set the appropriate FLAG via the panel.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Users of the panels ADB21KB 'Bind Package' and ADB21KR 'Rebind
  Package' panels who Bind and Rebind packages are unable to set
  the FLAG option.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fields for the 'FLAG', BIND PACKAGE COPY 'OPTIONS', and
  'GENERIC' BIND/REBIND options are added to new panel ADBPBOP
  'Bind/Rebind Options'.
  
  To avoid the DSNT234I messages users should type the
  'OPTIONS' command on panel ADB21K, then choose 'C'
  ( only completion messages ) as the value for the FLAG
  option on panel ADBPBOP to generate FLAG(C) option
  for the BIND/REBIND statements.
  
  Panel ADBH1K has been updated with the following:
  
  OPTIONS    Choose bind and rebind options that are not
             recorded by DB2 catalog
