• Command line is not recognized on ANLPREPT 'Print Report' screen
  in SQLPA 4.1
  Additional Symptoms:
  First invocation of Explain from Panel ANLPSQL successfully
  generates Query Limit Report, however, issuing an Explain the
  second time generates error:
    ANL3041I No explainable statements found in
    ANLSQLPA   ** Statistics **  Total statements examined =     0
             **  for this  **  Good  statements prepared =     0
             ** Parser run **   Bad  statements w/errors =     0
