Error description

  • When users are running reports as a background activity, the
    "View Run?History Details"  option should display the prompt
    values and the report options that the users chose, when the job
    is still executing like it did in 8.3.??User Action:??1.
    User navigates to report folder?2.       User clicks on ?Run
    with Options? () icon for the desired report?3.       User
    selects Format (E.g. ?Excel 2007?)?4.       User selects
    Delivery (E.g. ?Send me the report by email?)?5.       User
    selects check box ?Prompt for values??6.       User Clicks on
    Run?7.       User enters Prompt Values in the report prompt page
    and clicks on ?Finish? prompt button. (E.g. Start_Date: ?April
    1, 2010?; End_Date: ?April 30, 2010?; Traffic_Type: ?All??8.
      When page is redirected to the report folder, User selects ?My
    Activities and Schedules? from ?My Area?. Alternatively,
    Administrator selects ?IBM Cognos Administration? from ?Launch?
    menu.?9.       In the ?Current Activities? tab, the report will
    be listed with status ?Executing??10.   User selects ?Actions?
    button next to the report name and selects ?View Run History
    Details???Expected Information (Starred options are currently
    missing and need to be added as a part of this enhancement
    request):??The View Run History Details Page should show the
    following information:??1.       Start time: <report start
    time>?2.       Status: ?Executing??3.       Messages?*4.
    Report Options:?*a.       Format: Excel 2007?*b.      Language:
    English (United States)?*c.       Start_Date: ?April 1,
    2010??*d.      End_Date: ?April 30, 2010??*e.      Traffic_Type:
    ?All??*f.        Send the report by email: John Smith
