Error description

• 1. When running the IMS Connect Extensions Print Utility, if the
  READ62 command contains the IPV4ADDR parameter, the parameter
  value must contain a minimum of eleven characters, even though
  only seven characters are required for a properly formed IPV4
  address.  Message FUN2218F Syntax error invalid length for
  IPV4ADDR is issued.
  2. Message CEX5069F should be CEX5069E ( MSGCEX5069F
     MSGCEX5069E ).

  2. Message CEX5069 has a severity code of "F", when it should be
  "E".
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Changes made to require only seven characters for the IPV4ADR
  parameter value.
  2. Changed severity code for message CEX5069 to "E".
