When there are Imagecopy datasets (on Tape) that are created
with Blocksize > 32760, Optim might fail during Extract/Archive
process in some cases, when there are Imagecopies of multiple
    tables on the same tape.

Problem conclusion

  • When Imagecopies of Mutliple Tables are on the same Tape, Optim
will attempt to reposition to the next Imagecopy without
deallocating the Tape volume. During this process, Optim did not
use the right DCB parameters to support LBI. Optim code has been
    modified to address this problem.
