  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The problem can occur during an MQGET from an SMDS backed queue
  with a MQGMO_ACCEPT_TRUNCATED_MSG specified for a message
  containing message properties, when using a queue which has been
  opened with MQOO_SAVE_ALL_CONTEXT.
  
  In CSQMHDRS, before returning to the caller, process_hdrs should
  ensure that the properties segment contains allocated storage
  for an SMDS message.
  
  However, if a BufferLength is set too small, a copy of a header
  may fail with MQRC_TRUNCATED_MSG_FAILED and therefore the code
  for allocating a dedicated storage area for the properties
  segment is skipped. Following this, a freemain is performed for
  this storage which results in the abend seen.
  
  This also subsequently results in a CSQV086E termination of the
  queue manager with reason 00F30420.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code for allocating the properties segment has been changed
  to additionally allocate the storage when
  MQRC_TRUNCATED_MSG_FAILED is returned when copying the message
  headers.
