Error description

  • ABENDU0500 abend in DMSMGET OFFSET=00000746 due to CKPT interval
of 20 from remote node when LRECL=653 and BLKSIZE=27426.  CKPT
interval should be at elast 1K or better yet BLKSIZE or greater.

Local fix

  • Specify a reasonable CKPT interval, such as BLKSIZE or greater.
