Error description

• When a SHISAM database is specified on the PROC control
  statement, Index Builder issues
  IIUB100E INDEX BUILDER INIT FAILURE - REASON=120
                                        ERROR =307
  meaning INVALID DB ORGANIZATION  because IMS does not support
  indexes for SHISAM.
  With this APAR, IB will instead issue
  IIUB076W NO INDEX TO BE BUILT
  and RC=04.
