Problem summary

    * USERS AFFECTED: Users of QCF3.1. This APAR changes the       *
    *                 control region programs.                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C1 in QMR9CLEA ON SYNC request    *
    *                      after unsuccessful request to IMS.      *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Restart the control region after the         *
    *                 maintenance is installed to have the fix     *
    *                 working.                                     *
    ****************************************************************
    ABEND0C1 in QMR9CLEA on SYNC request happens because the
    programs have not been loaded ( not a successful request
    to IMS has preceeded the SYNC request ) or for some reason
    a second SYNC request is issued -the programs have been deleted
    and not loaded after the previous request.
    

Problem conclusion

  • IQCQMR90 has been fix to check if the programs are loaded.
