Error description

• Description:
  Performing a deliver or rebase using the IBM Rational ClearCase
  ClearTeam Explorer from the context of the stream after drilling
  down through the ClearCase node will sometimes result in an
  empty source view drop-down and hence the necessary fields are
  not populated resulting in the deliver or rebase to not proceed.
  
  
  Workaround:
  Right-click on a view attached to the appropriate stream under
  the My Views node to do the deliver or rebase operation.
