Error description

• Page Count Usage error encountered when running map using 8.2
  plus the fix for APAR PM66701.
  
  When core engine / XML parser patch with build 8.2.0.6(29) is
  removed the map completes successfully.

  Map reports 'Page use count error' warning during validation.

Problem conclusion

• With the change for CQ WTX00040898, we were getting a pointer to
  the data in two places, and they both used the same InstanceSet
  structure, causing the page use count error.  I changed the code
  so the first part of the code would pass the data address to the
  second part, which should fix the page use count error and may
  improve performance, as well.
