Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Richard Kulp, Feb 20, 2013, 6:16 PM RAM allows any certificate to be accepted even if not signed by a valid signing authority. But this requires some initialization code on the two types of connections, the http web connections and the webservices connections. The problem was that during validation of a login if a user's password was invalid the code would try again, but this time using the webservices connection, but it didn't initialize the certificate accepting code and it through an exception about the certificate. So it can never login because of this scenario gets repeated each time.
Problem conclusion
This is now fixed in RAM 7.5.1.2 which is available on 3/29/13. Peter Walker
