PROBLEM SUMMARY:
NTH is terminated after restart of DB2 instance in peserver if
INTERVAL value is not a number divisible by 5.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
1. Change logic in NTH to wait for peserver activation
correctly.
2. Correct NTH behaviour when corresponding DB2 instance in
peserver is stopped, but another instance for DB2 from the same
data sharing group is active.
