• Fixes includes:
  - Some minor Tools Customizer label errors
  - ETI801E when using a DECIMAL=COMMA system
  - A possible ETI133E error when saving SQL.

Problem conclusion

• After SMP/E Apply of PM74189, for each existing ETI V4.4
  Installation, generate and execute the Bind job, via the
  TCz panels.
