Error description

  • Intermittently (once or twice a week) customer is seeing Jobs
    going into pending.??If they re-start the environment then the
    issue will be resolved for the time being.??Also the customer
    has found and odd work-around without running a
    re-start.??Cognos Administration >Configuration > dispatcher and
    services > dispatcher > more > start??When they see jobs going
    into pending they will do the above for all report servers and
    this will move the jobs from a pending state to ????executing.
    Basically they need to monitor the environment and keep doing
    this whenever they see jobs go into pending.??This does not
    re-start any java or BIBUS Process.
