• This report worked prior to upgrade.  When ensuring that the
  query containing the mandatory filter is not executed, in 8.4,
  this did not cause the report server to prompt for the filtered
  value.??After upgrade to 10.1.1, running the report with the
  same filters causes the mandatory filter to be prompted even
  when it will not be used (e.g. the report will not render the
  page in question).
