APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Documentation is missing information that explains the fact that
  creating a traceability matrix that only shows requirements in
  both row and column, that exist and trace to/from requirements
  that reside in the same package, is not possible with
  RequisitePro.
  The documentation should explain better how filters are
  designed. In this case that filters were designed to be
  independent, between rows and columns.
