Error description

• If a PE Accouting report contains a FROM value that is not equal
  to the Start time, the output is empty, and there is only data
  in the first report.
  .
  An abend0c1 may be encountered in FPEUHDRS CSECT where the
  first 4 bytes are corrupted (zeroes).

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  ACCOUNTING REPORT command performs input accounting data reduce
  over one (by default) or more reporting intervals before print
  report itself. When no REDUCE INTERVAL explicitely specified,
  ACCOUNTING REPORT command may not be able to process correctly
  one or more FROM/TO subcommands.
  
  Code defect may occasionaly cause ABEND0C1 encountered when
  ACCOUNTING REPORT requested.
