PM73362: NEW COPY SUBCOMMAND WARN-ON-DATASET-EXTENSION-MISMATCH

Error description

• This new COPY sub command provides the capability to select an
  informational or warning message to be output when the number of
  dataset extensions differs from source to target. Currently the
  message is only informational. Use
  WARN-ON-DATASET-EXTENSION-MISMATCH(Y) to output a warning and
  set the
  job return code to 4.
