PM72906: BIBUS PROCESSES APPEAR TO GET ORPHANED AND CONSUME A LARGE AMOUNT OF CPU TIME

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• We are seeing BiBus processes become orphaned and use a high
  amount of CPU. In some cases we see 300% CPU usage for a single
  BiBus process. (3 CPU cores)?The processes need to manually be
  killed off once they get into this state. If not manually
  killed, them seem to hang around forever consuming resources.
