  This APAR enables the IPR DB Scan utility to create a result
  data set even if the job ended abnormally.
  
  The following problems are fixed:
  1. The built WF1 record is incorrect when the scanned segment
     is segment level 3 or more.
  2. The built WF1 record is incorrect when the scanned segment
     is separated into the prefix part and the segment data part.
