Error description
UTF-8 characters(especially Japanese DBCS) are not displayed correctly in built applications. It was caused by Application builder strips UTF-8 encoding. Fix will make it retain UTF-8.
Local fix
Customer needs to re-write the text in HTML file manually AFTER the AirBuild.

Problem conclusion
The correct encodings for the HTML files are now used. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 5.0.5.0.
