  • MESSAGE CKP043E is emitted when Z/OS UNICODE SERVICES RETURNS is
called during COMPARE PACKAGE to translate an SQL statement from
UTF8 to EBCDIC that is already in EBCDIC, which causes a RC4
RSN9 to be returned from z/OS UNICODE SERVICES.
