Error description

• Calling Cognos CMS (Cognos Mashup Service) to generate report in
  HTMLFragment format does not embed all static images (for
  example logos) and chart images those images should be embedded
  in the HTMLFragment once we put embedImages=true in the REST
  url. But this is not the case.
