Error description

• Invoking the isLoggable method of a logger and passing in a
  null value results in a NullPointerException.

  Consistent with the underlying JDK behavior, it is expected
  that when a logger's level is OFF, a NullPointerException
  should not occur when a null parameter is passed to the
  isLoggable method.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected so that the NullPointerException no
  longer occurs.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended
