• Environment:
  - Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
    - Product name: Rational Business Developer 8.0.1.3
    - DB2 z/VM 7.3
  
  Description of problem:
  Retrieve SQL fails for a column of type TIMESTAMP with error SQL
  type ?UNKNOWN?
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Connect to DB2 z/VM from Rational Business Developer.
  2. Have a table on your DB2 z/VM containing a table with a
  column of type TIMESTAMP
  3. Run Retrieve SQL against the DB2 z/VM
  Expected Result:
  Fields for all columns in the table are generated
  Actual Result:
  The field for the column of type TIMESTAMP is not generated.
  
  Workaround:
  Add a field for the column of type TIMESTAMP manually, after
  using Retrieve SQL.

  ?UNKNOWN? when database connection for DB2 z/VM.
  

Problem conclusion

• In RBD 8.0.1.4 and future, when connected to DB2 z/VM,
  retrieve SQL will support TIMESTAMP type in the table
