PM71875: Grouped metrics with incomplete status have wrong status in Report Studio report

Error description

• A strategy is applied to a scorecard. The strategy is also used
  to group the metrics on the scorecard. Because of status
  calculation is defined in the strategy elements, a status is
  shown for each grouping (strategy element) on the scorecard. The
  status of the grouping (strategy element) should be included in
  a Report Studio report on the metric store package. ??(1) If the
  grouping status is NOT incomplete in Metric Studio, it is
  consistent with the Report Studio report result.?(2) If the
  grouping status is incomplete in Metric Studio, it is
  inconsistent with the Report Studio report result.
