PM71814: POLYNOMIAL TREND LINES NOT OPERATING AS EXPECTED

Error description

• Creating a chart report with polynomial trend lines, the
  following issue was observed:??1. For Nth polynomial order, it
  appears that it needs at least N+1 data values on x-axis for the
  polynomial curve to appear.  E.g.  if you set the order to "5"
  and select "Quarters" on the x-axis for one year range, it does
  not show the curve as it needs SIX quarters at least on the
  x-axis.??Also, running a report for selected periods seems to
  set the report to run "forever" and not completing.  Running for
  one period, the report completes.??See "Testcase" tab in defect
