  The report specification contains an error at line ' 536',
  column ' 296'.Datatype error:
  Type:InvalidDatatypeValueException, Message:Value '-10%' does
  not match regular expression facet
  '-?[0-9]*[.]?[0-9]+(px|in|cm|mm|pt|pc)?'.??This is due to the
  percentage Position specified for the Note added to the chart.
  If this is changed to in or px it works.  Any percentage
  specified for Position causes this problem.
