Error description

• When customer creates project template or baseline, if the
  rqUserDefinedListItems table contains large number of records,
  it causes out of memory error since the function loads all
  records in the table instead of just records for the project.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION When RequisitePro attempts to create a
  project template or baseline, it loads all the existing
  requirement attribute values from the database. On
  environments with a high data volume the application
  provokes an out of memory error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem conclusion
  RequisitePro code was updated to load only the
  project-related records from the database, reducing the
  memory usage. The project template and baselines are created
  successfully after the code change.
  
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.9 and 7.1.3.5.
