APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The time values indicated by the INZX089 and INZX090 message are
  incorrect.
  Hour and minute values are exchanged.
  
  This occurs for unload  requesting INTERNAL as ouput format.
  Instead of expected form: hh:mm:ss
  HPU issues this form    : mm:hh:ss
  
  This error can be seen in the following sample messages:
