PM71395: NEED TO DELETE SAMP LIB MEMBER FROM SIOHBASE THEN RE ADD TO SIOHSAMP

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Need to delete part IOHBIMS from it's current library and then
  open a second APAR to add IOHBIMS to the correct library.
  Currently in: ++ SAMP (IOHBIMS ) DISTLIB(AIOHBASE)
  SYSLIB(SIOHBASE). Will be relocated to the correct library:
  ++ SAMP     (IOHBIMS ) DISTLIB(AIOHSAMP) SYSLIB(SIOHSAMP).

  ++ SAMP   DISTLIB(AIOHSAMP) SYSLIB(SIOHSAMP).
  

Problem conclusion

• SAMPLE memeber is now deleted from:
  ++ SAMP DISTLIB(AIOHBASE) SYSLIB(SIOHBASE).
