Error description

• Support JCL generation of an Online Reorg Facility (ORF)
  database reorganization job for HISAM and SHISAM database types.

  Additional problem also addressed:
  MSGIEC130I DYNLIB DD STATEMENT MISSING during step
  Collect/update database data set data, after DB(s) are selected
  on panel IDLSMAIR. This problem occurs when the DYNLIB dataset
  name is the same as RESLIB.
  

Local fix

• In this case modifying the JCL generator IDLGNJCX (ReXX source)
  statement beginning at line 2678 to read:
   "if INDXTYPE < 'PRIMARY' & PRDBDIND = '1' & savedbd &#172;= DBD
  then"..
  .
  allowed the generation of correct JCL
