  ANL1047W Unable to use DDS1086 .PLAN_TABLE, Sqlcode =  -991
                SQL PA will search Registry and/or Current SQLID
                for alternatives
       ANL1016E A fatal SQL error was encountered during product
                registration.
                DB2 Sqlcode =   -991, IOS operation =   1
                Error occurred during Declare for Registry cursor
        DSNT408I SQLCODE = -991, ERROR:  CALL ATTACH WAS UNABLE TO
                           ESTABLISH AN IMPLICIT CONNECT OR OPEN
                           TO DB2.  RC1=000C   RC2=00F30040
