Error description

• When specifying groups within ClearTeam Explorer, only the
  primary group is reflected in any newly created web views

  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Create a User Account and add the user to 110+ Groups
  
  2)  Login to the Windows 2008 R2 server as the newly created
  user
  
  3)  Open the ClearTeam Explorer (CTE)
  
  4)  In the CTE, please go to ?Window -? Preferences -? IBM
  Rational ClearTeam Explorer -? Groups?
  
  5)  Pick a different primary group than assigned to the user and
  then choose two secondary groups.  The groups chosen should be
  lower in the list of the ?creds -w? output.
  
  6)  Login to the WAN server within the CTE and make a new View
  
  7)  Once the view is created, please check the view permissions
  outside of the CTE from the command line:  cleartool describe
  -long -prop -full ?view tag?
  
     Note:  You will observe that the View?s primary group matches
  the CTE setting but the secondary groups do not contain the two
  groups listed within the CTE
  
  Workaround:  None
