Error description

• Stealable pages should not be counted in formulas for
  calculation of DBD and SKEL pool in use counts and percentage
  for DB2 V10.
  
  Correct formula for percentage is:
  
  
  (In Use - Stealable)/Total)*100)
  
  
  Also, ABEND0C4 can occur in the ZEDMPH panel when there are
  fewer DBD free pages than reusable pages.  Module KO2ODB2F,
  CSECT O2OST2.
