    * USERS AFFECTED: All users who want to launch the Recovery    *
    *                 Expert ISPF dialog from the IMS Database     *
    *                 Control Suite main menu.                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Recovery Expert ISPF dialog cannot  *
    *                      be launched from the DBCS main menu.    *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    A new Option J has been added to the DBCS main menu to
    launch the "IMS Recovery Expert for z/OS" product's ISPF dialog
    from the Database Control Suite's main menu. The Users Guide
    SC18-7630-04 needs to be updated where the main menu is
    described and the following main menu panel image needs to
    replace the existing panel image.
