  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Presence of some data sections in statistics IFCIDs has not
  been checked before parsing data. This can result in display of
  false data or asterisks.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Code has been corrected to check presence of data sections in
  statistics IFCIDs before data are fetched from the sections
  for display. Values for fields which can not be retrieved are
  displayed as not present (N/P) or not calculated (N/C).
