Error description

• When attempting to install updates for IBM Rational License Key
  server 8.1.x using service repositories, the following error
  will occur:

  '
  
  At this time, service repositories are not available for
  Rational License Key Server 8.1.x. Downloads may be downloaded
  through Fix Central at
  http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/
