Error description

• An ABEND0C4 can occur in CEXRCDPR if the recorder trace
  record is for Sync call-out. The event record 161 has been
  built with an invalid application data section by CEXRCDUT
  during the conversion process.

  build with an invalid application data section by CEXRCDUT
  during the conversion process.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected CEXRCDUT to recognize the sync callout message
  that has a 4 byte application LL instead of the normal
  2 byte application LL.
