Error description

• This APAR addresses various IBM Tools Customizer panel issues
  including the following.
  - CCQPDB2 panel (DB2 PARAMETERS) is missing DB2
    bufferpool and storage group on initial entry.
  - On DB2 Parameters panel, Some parameters were not
    displayed when the user edits for the first time.
  - On Product Parameters panel, Cancel command was
    saving the actions that should be canceled.
  - On the workplace panel, the status was changed for
    product parameters when the user edits or browses it
    and then do cancel.
