APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It appears from the failure symptoms described that the customer
  is encountering a known javaMail issue that results in an
  out of memeory error.
  
  The bug is present in the javamail version shipped in
  WebSphere Application Server version 7.

  Calling the toString() method on javax.mail.MessagingException
  throws an out of memory exception when the root exception has
  many chained exceptions.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this defect has already been made in
  Application Server versions 8 and later. This APAR backports
  the fix to Application Server version 7.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.29.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
