When working with the Transaction Analysis Workbench 'sessions'
option the usability of the function needs to be improved.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The following changes have been made via this APAR.
1. Extract data set name templates can now be used to generate
   unique extract data set names.
   See ISPF dialog option 0.3 for details.
2. Log files specified in a session can now be excluded from
   processing by using the F line action.
3. System prompt (F4) in sessions is limited to those systems
   registered in the session.
4. Manual file specification in a session can now support more
   than one file at a time.
5. Explicit Filter Codes can now specify an optional record
   type, for example IMS:01 or CMF:6E13.
An update to the User's Guide (SC19-2920-02) will be available
in December 2012.
