Error description

• In Dynamic Privileges with Project Security, Global Assignments
  of roles and privileges for the group Everyone are not being
  applied to any user.

  Log into Rational Change as the admin user
  User Management ? Project Security ? Configuration: Dynamic
  Database Privileges ? Save
  User Management ? Project Security ? Roles:  create new role
  "ABC" and assign to any available privilege, for example
  "developer" ? Save
  User Management ? Project Security ? Global Assignments:
  assign to groups "Everyone" and "Informix_Admin" the new
  role "ABC" ? Privilege "developer" on the right will be
  selected and greyed
  under Projects tab, create a project but assign no Users or
  Groups to the project
  
  Test:  User Management ? Users ? report on users by Users
  and Roles ? select any user not in group "Informix_Admin"
  
  Expected result:  the user is listed with "Role and
  privileges":  "ABC"
  Actual result: the user is listed WITHOUT "Role and
  privileges":  "ABC"
  Also:  The privilege is not applied to the user, i.e. the
  user with privilege "developer" is not able to log into
  Rational Change user-interface.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in Rational Change 5.3.0.4.
