PM69545: PERFORMANCE ISSUE WITH REPORT TAKING 1.5 MINUTES WHEN CONDITIONAL FORMATTING IS USED AND 10 SECONDS WITHOUT

Error description

• There seems to be an unexpected increase in performance when
  conditional palette is applied against a chart. The report run
  time is around 1.5 minutes as apposed to 10 seconds when you
  remove all the conditional palette formatting. ??The symptoms
  that are shown is that the CGSLauncher.exe process is maxing out
  in both CPU and memory measurements which shows the issue is in
  rendering.
