PM69383: EXPORT AS TEXT DATA CANNOT EXPORT 10000 DOUBLE BYTE DATA

Error description

• User cannot exports cube data with double byte value by Export
  as Text Data.?In the other hand user can export 10000 byte cube
  data through Export as Text Data, if it contains only single
  byte data.
  

Local fix

• Use TextOutput function in Turbo Integrator process
