When upgrading the PLAN_TABLE to the current version (DB2 9
Compatibility Mode / CM), the program is missing logic to
update the version column to VARCHAR(122).

When upgrading PLAN_TABLE from DB2 R810 to the current version
    (DB2 10 Compatibility Mode 8 / CM8), the program is failing to
    upgrade the PLAN_TABLE.
