Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ALT function issues a
  SQLCODE -104 / SQLCODEN104 when the CONTINUE command is issued
  on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table' and the table has a COMMENT ON
  which contains an embedded quote e.g.
  COMMENT ON TABLE >schema<>tablename< IS 'AAA''AAA';
