    2. MONITOR Program Trace may not report any transaction events
causing the report to be incomplete.
    3. Abended transactions in a program-switch chain may not be
       reported in Transit reports.
    4. ABEND0C4 in IPIIPROC at offset near x'333e' on TM instruction
because of a bad REG1 (R1). The abend occurs after label

    ****************************************************************
    1. IMS PA incorrectly reports Cancelled transactions in form-
based reports as completion level=4 and without a start time.
    2. MONITOR Program Trace may not report any transaction events
    3. Abended transactions in a program-switch chain may not be
    reported

Problem conclusion

  • The following changes have been made for the above issues:
    1. Cancelled transaction remain as completion level=0, Start
    time assigned.
    2. "Entry in use" flag may not be reset causing transaction
    events to be skipped.
    3. Transactions that abended then requeued and processed
successfully are only reported once, when in fact they are
    two (or more) transactions.
    4. Add IMSPALOG LOGINFO command in batch to allow for LOGINFO
stats to be produced without any IMS PA reports being processed.
    5. Sundry Dialog updates: Validation processing, Error
    handling Message updates
    6. Add a failure code of "REJECT" for Rejected transactions,
    currently blank.
