PM68010: REOPENING A NESTED MODEL WITH LINKED SEGMENTS PRODUCES A BMT-MD-3602 ERROR

Error description

• If you create 3 models (A,B and C) with C containing a linked
  segment between A and B. Then create a forth model D and attempt
  to link namespaces from C and A once again it will succeed when
  you define the link but when you reopen the model it produces a
  BMT-MD-3602 error.
